Job Profile:
1. To promote the products of the company to selective Doctors in the giventerritory and generate prescriptions.
2. Effectively communicating the concepts of all products on promotion
3.To establish an effective distribution channel to ensure productsavailability with the chemists to fulfill the demand generated through Doctorsprescriptions.
4. To ensure meeting given sales target month after month.
5. To ensure collection of payment within the stipulated timeframe from thecustomers.
6. Effectively utilizing the selling skills to generate products demand amongstthe customers
7.Ensure all behaviours are exhibited in the lines of Companys vision, missionand values.
8. Effectively executing the plan agreed with scientific sales Manager and givingregular feedback regarding the same.
9. Conducting CMEs and group meetings as agreed.
10. Focusing on updating ones knowledge and skills.
11. Achievement of Sales as well as Activity Targets
12.Develop KOLs on the basis of business and clinical interests
Requirements:
1. Should be smart and presentable.
2. Should be able to communicate in English fluently.
3. Should be sincere, honest and hardworking.
4. Should have a challenging attitude.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Pharma/Surgical product sales
Education:Graduate in Science/Pharmacy
